We warranty all of our in-house wraps (1) year from the install date. If you require warranty repair services, please contact customer service at .
Please include the following information in your email for warranty repair services:
(1) Your name, email address, phone number and business information if applicable.
(2) The date of your install
(3) A description of the problem
(4) Photos of your vehicle and the area needing warranty repairs
(5) Details of your vehicle (make/model/year) as well as color of wrap (or in-house printed wrap).
Once this information is received, we will advise if your warranty repair services are approved and will schedule you a date to have the repairs completed.
Please note that we only warranty repairs for damage related to the install or the product, and not due to user damage.
