SHIPPING INFORMATION

We strive to ship all in-house printed vinyl and kits within 7-10 business days. If for some reason we are not able to adhere to this date, we strive to communicate via email accordingly with you, the customer. Tracking information will be emailed to you once available - please make sure you have a valid email address on your order. 

For all colored vinyl, we strive to ship within 7-10 business days, depending on stock availability. If for some reason we are not able to adhere to this date we strive to communicate via email accordingly with you, the customer. Tracking information will be emailed to you once available - please make sure you have a valid email address on your order. 

For all custom orders and requests, we will communicate via email as to when you can expect your order to ship. 

For all other merchandise, we strive to ship within 7-10 business days, depending on stock availability. If for some reason we are not able to adhere to this date we strive to communicate via email accordingly with you, the customer. Tracking information will be emailed to you once available - please make sure you have a valid email address on your order. 

We reserve the right to reject requests that we deem offensive, illegal or not congruent with the 37 Wraps brand. We will also advise if your request is not something we can assist with due to any other reason. You will be notified via email if this is the case. 

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. 

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return authorization form from customer service by emailing info@37wraps.ca. Please note that not all items are able to be returned.

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

Please contact customer service at info@37wraps.ca to explain the reasons for returning an item and obtain an RA form. Items such as specialty ordered vinyl, wrap kits and custom orders are not able to be returned. 

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your RA form, and mail your return to the following address:

Any items received without an RA form will not be handled.  

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Refunds will be posted in the form of an exchange or store credit. 

Please note that there is a 30% re-stocking fee on any returns.
